Clean the outside

Jacket, fascia and legs

  1. Let the oven go cold: "it gets VERY hot" (Gozney's cleaning page).
  2. Wipe the silicone jacket with warm soapy water and a sponge or soft cloth (the manual).
  3. Clean the fascia and legs with a damp cloth and a non-caustic, bleach-free spray, then dry them with paper towels (help centre).
  4. Use no abrasive cleaners, scourers or abrasive cloths (help centre, for Gozney ovens).
  5. Leave soot and heat tint you cannot shift: both are normal, says the warranty.
