Clear the wood ash

The manual (p. 61) and the "First firing on wood" video. The Gen 2 has no ash tray: the ash comes out through the mouth.

1. Let the fire die completely and the ash cool: this can take up to 24 hours.
2. Put on heat-resistant gloves.
3. Scoop the ash out with a non-combustible ash shovel.
4. Tip it into a metal container with a tight-fitting lid, and leave it closed somewhere safe until it is thoroughly cool.
