The stones have moved

There is a gap at the front of the stones

The stones are loose and can shift backwards in transport or use (the manual). Pull them forward with the stone adjustment tool and centre them before refitting the guard and grate. Bits of blue rubber stuck by the stones are torn transport wedges (T3 review): ease them out gently with the same tool.
