The stand

Set it on the Gen 2 stand

Gozney's Gen 2 Series Stand: steel legs, two acacia shelves, adjustable wooden wings, four castors with foot brakes and orientation locks, and a cabinet for two gas bottles (Gozney's store). Its assembly is published only as a video, which this guide has not checked.

1. Build the stand following Gozney's stand video.
2. Lock the castor brakes before the oven goes on.
3. Lift the oven on with four people by the hand holds.
4. Secure it with the stand's turn fastener (Gozney's store: "an easy turn fastener").
5. Check it stands level and nothing blocks the dock.
6. Use Gen 2 accessories only: Gen 1 stands, covers and mantels do not fit (help centre).

The January 2026 manual lists 1.5 m for the gas cylinder. Ask Gozney before you run the oven with a connected cylinder in the stand's cabinet.
