The dial does not click

The manual: the igniter battery is flat or missing. Slide the display out, unscrew the cap on the ignition module, fit a new AAA battery, negative end first.

Still no spark with a new battery: contact Gozney. No Gen 2 igniter spare is sold, and the Gen 1 ignitor kit PD1957 does not fit. A reviewer lit theirs with a match (T3); the US manual allows a match on a lighting rod but prints no method, so this guide does not give one.
