Stone cracks

Cracks in the stone: normal or not

• Hairline cracks are normal. The warranty excludes "Hairline cracking of the stone that does not affect the oven's structural integrity".
• A bigger crack or chip, under warranty: email warranty@gozney.com with your name, serial number, photos and proof of purchase. The stones are covered for 2 years, even when the oven is registered for 5.
• Not covered: cracks from thermal shock, or from not following Gozney's heat-up and storage guidance, and ovens that have taken on a lot of moisture.
• Out of warranty: the stones are sold as two halves: see replace a stone.
