Steps marked "the manual" are from Gozney's Dome (Gen 2) manuals: UK/EU propane, January 2026 (DOC-1412-03) first; UK, October 2025 (DOC-1412-02); US/CA, September 2025 (DOC-0890); US/CA natural gas, February 2026 (DOC-1456-02, natural gas only); and the German edition (DOC-1414-01, clearances only). Gozney's help centre, warranty pages, store data and Gen 2 videos (on-screen captions only) were read on 11 Oct 2026. Gen 1 Dome advice, the T3 review and Gozney Academy pages are marked where used. Nothing here was checked on an oven.

Not settled, and flagged where they appear: clearances (1.5 m from structures or 30 cm; this guide uses 1.5 m); first firing on gas (Gen 2 full flame; Gen 1 low flame); which stone kit is which side; the stone replacement method and the kit's "landing bay protective screen"; the Torx size of the rear dock panel; the stand fasteners; the manual's "spanner" at the quick-connect; how the flue parts lock; the rain cap as a heat-keeper with the door; the US regulator wording (30 mbar or 11 in W.C.); the EU accessory warranty; where the Gen 2 serial number is; part numbers for the air and floor probes; and the igniter faults one reviewer reports. Gozney gives no hose, regulator or flue interval, and no turning method for pizza beyond "regularly".

Sizes are Gozney's: 826 mm wide, 653 mm deep (652 on the help centre) and 986 mm high with the flue; 531 mm to the dome top; 62 kg.
