It is slow to heat up

• Normal: about 40 to 45 minutes to Neapolitan heat, 50 to 55 to full saturation (help centre).
• Causes: damp stones or insulation, cold weather, wind, or a small cylinder (the manual; warranty).
• Fix: cure slowly, keep it covered, find shelter, use a bigger cylinder.
