Display, battery and meat probes

The manual (pp. 27 to 33) and Gozney's videos. Spares: display PM2057, battery AM2094 (UK/EU) or AM2095 (US), meat probes PM2128.

  1. Slide the display out of the dock.
  2. Take the battery out of the back of the display.
  3. Charge the new or old battery fully with a USB-C cable, and fit it.
  4. Push the display fully in and hold power until it shows ON.
  5. Plug new meat probes into ports I and II.
  6. To pair the Wood-Fire Control Kit, hold the front power button until CON flashes, then put the module in pairing mode.
