Burner guard, duct grate and flue parts

The manual (p. 21) and Gozney's store. Spares: burner guard PM2058, duct grate PM2059, flue collar PM2068, pipe PM2056, top PM2067, rain cap PM2055.

1. Let the oven go cold.
2. Lift out the bent or damaged burner guard or duct grate.
3. Check the stones are together and centred.
4. Drop the new part in: the burner guard on the left, in front of the burner; the duct grate on the right.
5. Swap flue parts only when cold, in order: collar, pipe, top.
6. Never put anything over the burner guard.
