Before and after each cook

The manual.

1. Before you light it, check the oven, hose and connections for cuts, cracks and damage.
2. Check the burner and the venturi for blockages, including insect nests (wasps, bees, ants).
3. Check the stones are pushed together and centred, with the burner guard and duct grate in place.
4. Keep children and pets away, and never leave the oven lit and unattended.
5. Turn it off: cylinder valve off first, wait 3 minutes, then turn the control dial to off.
6. Let it cool to 45 °C (115 °F), at least 3 hours, before you move, store or cover it.
