What you can and cannot service

The manual draws a hard line at the gas: "Parts sealed by the manufacturer or the agent shall not be manipulated by the user", "Do not modify the appliance", and the UK/EU edition adds "Do not interact with the gas system".

• You can: take off the bottom panel, clean the venturi, replace the probe, replace the stone, and swap the display, burner guard and flue outlet. All but the probe and stone need no tools.
• Contact Gozney: anything inside the gas valve, injector, burner, flame failure device, igniter or regulator body. No igniter, dial or valve is sold.
