The dial does not click

The manual (p. 41): "If the control knob is not making a clicking sound when pushed in try replacing the battery". Pull the display off, unscrew the cap on the ignition module inside to the left, and fit a new AAA, negative end first.

Still no spark with a new battery: contact Gozney. No igniter spare is sold. The US box has a matchstick holder, but the manual prints no method for lighting by match, so this guide does not give one.
