Stone cracks

Cracks in the stone: normal or not

• Hairline cracks are normal. Gozney's warranty treats hairline cracking that does not affect the structure as normal wear.
• A bigger crack or chip, under warranty: email warranty@gozney.com with your name, serial number, photos and proof of purchase. The stone is covered for 2 years, even when the oven is registered for 5.
• Not covered: cracks from thermal shock, water, or an oven that has taken on moisture.
• Out of warranty: the stone kit is PA1844: see replace the stone.
