Know the oven
The body, the mouth and the inside
Tap a part to see what it does. The names are Gozney's. "Left" and "right" in this guide are as you face the mouth: the burner is on the left.
Inside it is 377 mm wide, 462 mm deep and 173 mm high. Above 480 °C (900 °F) the display reads Over Temp (the manual).
The dock and the controls
The display and the dial are the only controls. The gas comes in at the back right corner of the dock.
The flame failure device (a safety valve that shuts the gas if the flame goes out) is built in.
The gas, tools and extras
In the box: the oven and dock with the display, the gas hose and regulator, the burner guard, the flue outlet, the stone adjustment tool and the Torx screwdriver (help centre). Extras: the stand or the low booster, the cover and the mantel.
There is no door, chimney or wood burner for the Arc.
