Gozney Arc Maintenance Guide
Gozney Arc
The Arc: Gozney's 14 in gas pizza oven, on sale since February 2024 and unchanged since, as far as any source shows. A burner in the left wall rolls its flame across the roof over a one-piece 20 mm stone. This guide follows the Off Black propane oven (GAPOBUK1425 in the UK, GAPOBUS1425 in the US; model GOZ-1485). Gozney's stores list the Arc in Off Black only (13 Oct 2026); the Bone ovens sold earlier share the same body.
Gas only. The Arc burns propane and nothing else: "Do not burn wood in this oven", and wood voids the warranty (the manual; help centre). There is no natural-gas version.
Got the bigger Arc XL (16 in, GOZ-1728)? It shares the manual and every job, and the same display, burner guard, flue outlet, hose, stand and booster, but its stone (PA1845), cover and mantel are its own: use the Arc XL guide. The Arc Lite is a different oven and is not covered.
Everything follows Gozney's Arc and Arc XL Technical Manual (US/CA edition DOC-0508-12 first, then the UK/EU edition DOC-0509-08) and Gozney's help centre. Owner, reviewer and retailer methods are named where they are used.
Outdoors only. Never in a building, garage, tent, vehicle, boat, or under a balcony or deck, and never as a heater. Never cover the mouth while it is lit, and keep 50 mm clear round the base of the dock for air: the fumes contain carbon monoxide (the manual).
