Take the bottom panel off

Roll it over and take the bottom panel off

The manual (pp. 46 and 49). The panel is the slotted plate under the dock; its 8 Torx screws are on the model at its edges and ends.

1. Turn the oven off, disconnect the gas and let it go cold.
2. Pull the display off the dock and unplug the probe's jack from its back.
3. Put the oven on a soft surface that will not scratch it, and gently roll it onto its side: its left side down, so the dial and the gas inlet are on top, with the base towards you, as the manual's pictures show.
4. Undo the 8 screws with the Torx screwdriver from the box.
5. Lift the bottom panel off and keep the screws safe.
6. When you have finished, refit the panel and all 8 screws, and roll the oven upright.
