Steps marked "the manual" are from Gozney's Arc and Arc XL Technical Manual: the US/CA edition (DOC-0508-12, June 2024, February 2025 build) first, then the UK/EU edition (DOC-0509-08), which adds the weekly dock check, the "after each use" vacuum and the low-humidity storage line. The stand and booster steps are from their technical documents (DOC-0540, DOC-0559). Gozney's help centre and store data (10 Oct 2026) and the warranty pages (read 11 Oct 2026) are named where used. Tom's Guide, Livingetc and Vincenzo's Plate reviews are marked. Nothing here was checked on an oven.

Not settled, and flagged where they appear: clearances (1.5 m or 30 cm and 1 m; this guide leads with 1.5 m); the minimum cylinder (9 kg or 5 kg); the weight (26.5 kg store, 25 kg manual); the power (5.5 kW data plate, 5.25 kW help centre); the burn-off (350 °C for 3 hours or full flame for 60 minutes); the Torx size of the bottom panel and the display cover screw; the probe spanner size, the probe part number and exactly what it reads; the stone replacement method and the kit's handles and screen; the stand and booster hex key; the hose for Belgium, the Netherlands and France; and the display's auto-off. The model's probe, venturi, bottom panel screws and burner are drawn from the manual's sketches. Gozney gives no hose interval and no heat-up time.

Sizes are Gozney's: 530 mm wide, 629 mm deep, 342 mm high; inside 427 × 517 × 173 mm; mouth 427 × 95 mm; 26.5 kg.
