Display, burner guard and flue outlet

Gozney's store and the manual (pp. 21 and 25). All three are drop-in parts shared by the Arc and Arc XL.

1. Let the oven go cold.
2. Pull the old display off the dock and push the new one on: magnets hold it. Move the AA batteries across or fit new ones.
3. Lift the bent or damaged burner guard out through the mouth and stand the new one on the stone in front of the burner.
4. Lift the old flue outlet out of its opening and drop the new one in.
5. Plug the probe jack into the back of the new display and switch it on.
6. If the oven is under warranty, claim before you buy: see warranty.
