Move it safely

Outdoors only. Never in a building, garage, tent, vehicle, boat, or under a balcony or deck, and never as a heater. Never cover the mouth while it is lit, and keep 50 mm clear round the base of the dock for air: the fumes contain carbon monoxide (the manual).

1. Let it go cold: never move it warm.
2. Turn off the gas, take off the regulator and hose, and put the inlet cap on.
3. Take out anything loose and all packing: the manual says so; this guide takes out the burner guard, flue outlet and display.
4. Plan the route, clear it, and check the oven fits through.
5. Lift with two people by the hand holds on the underside edges.
6. On the stand: unlock the castors, push the stand, not the oven, and lock them again.
