Fire is coming out of the dock

The manual (pp. 8 and 24): wind can blow the flame down into the dock and push flame and heat out of the back of the oven. Turn the oven off at the gas cylinder or the control dial. Turn the mouth away from the wind and set wind breaks round it, over 45 cm away.
