Clean the stone by heat

The manual (p. 47) and the help centre.

  1. Run the oven above 350 °C: burnt-on food burns off after about 3 hours. The help centre's shorter way: full flame for 60 minutes.
  2. Let it go fully cold.
  3. Loosen what is left with a soft brush, without pressing hard.
  4. Vacuum up the loose bits with a plastic nozzle.
  5. Leave the stone in: "Do not remove your stone for cleaning purposes."
  6. Never pour or spray water, soap or chemicals onto the stone or inside the oven.
