Nest, casters and EGG Mates

The Nest and its casters

The Large's Nest assembly sheet (301000), read for the XL Nest (301079); no XL Nest sheet was found. Both Nests use hardware pack 113702.

1. Work on a cold, empty EGG.
2. Lock the 2 locking casters.
3. Snug every Nest bolt with 7/16 in and 9/16 in spanners.
4. Check all four legs sit firmly against the EGG.
5. Replace a worn caster with a BGE caster kit (see the parts list); hardware pack 113702.

The acacia EGG Mates

The acacia Mates manual (2021) and BGE US.

1. Fold each Mate down and up: it should lock level.
2. Check the curved brackets sit round the lower band, front and back.
3. Snug the 8 carriage bolts and nuts that clamp them.
4. Keep hot pans and the hot convEGGtor off the wood.
5. Replace lost hardware with pack 003256.
