Draft door and mesh screen

Big Green Egg publishes parts but no fitting method for the draft door.

  1. With the EGG cold, check the screen slides freely across the frame.
  2. Clear ash from the frame's runners.
  3. Replace a bent screen: 2XL and XL mesh panel 126757 (2020 on) or 104069 (2019 or older).
  4. Replace lost finger tips: 127235 (2020 on) or 127228 (older).
  5. A damaged frame: kit 122889, fixed by 4 screws at its corners (store photo).
