Fine cracks in the glaze

Fine cracks in the glaze (crazing) are cosmetic, normal and not covered by any warranty. A crack through the dome or base that affects its structure is a lifetime ceramic claim through your dealer, registered EGGs only. Never drill the ceramic: it voids the warranty.
